RI Pawtucket Police Interviewed Kristine Ohler’s Family
The interview of Kerry Ohler, James Jennings and Eric Ohler – Kristine’s mother, father and brother – is evidence that was withheld from Mr. Colebut and not disclosed in the State’s Discovery signed and dated July 29, 2020. This information was not disclosed to the defendant until late 2022.
The date of ‘October 19, 2020’ on the Pawtucket Police department cover below is false information on official records. The Ohler Family, Kerry L. Ohler, James R. Jennings and Eric Ohler interview took place on February 20, 2020 just days after the sudden passing of Kristine C. Ohler.
Here is clips from the Ohler family interview days after their daughter’s death. Clearly the time stamp says 02/20/20. ALL FULL POLICE INTERVIEWS audio/video reveal the corruption and conspiracy.
Detective Hans Cute listen’s in as David Silva tells the family his motives and hopes – keep Victor Colebut locked up for good. The police and prosecutors, Jonathan Burke and Shannon Signore, did not care about the truth or facts they conspired and worked hard to frame a 911 caller reporting an overdose. A tragedy in more ways than one. Trusted government officials falsified Domestic Violence reports and lied about an overdose that turned deadly. The Pawtucket Police took two cell phones without a warrant and as Silva admits simply grabbed the notebook also without a search warrant from Victor’s apartment.

The family provided the two detectives, Hans Cute and David Silva, and the unknown person in the interview room with important information about their daughter’s drug and alcohol use and abuse.
This evidence of a pattern of behavior and history of overdosing and passing out and needing detox is extremely relevant. Not just for this case but in general. Addiction is a public health issue, data should be accurate.
Also in the interview the family tells the police how Kristine had been injured in the streets. For example, being punched in the face on a bus for sitting in someone’s seat and fighting with others, even the police.
Finally, the Victim’s Fund application submitted by the police in September of 2020 omitted the fact that the family assisted with the investigation and case. AND ‘Det. Sgt. LeFort falsely reported that Kristine Ohler did not have a criminal record. Falsifying a Crime Victim Compensation Program application is criminal conduct.
